We work up some serious heat during our climb, so it’s important to hydrate for class. We have water at the studio so please bring a bottle to fill up or grab one at the front desk for purchase.02.WHAT TO WEAR
Climb with us in your favorite workout clothes. We do suggest wearing something comfortable that you can sweat in with closed-toe athletic shoes.03.ARRIVAL
We suggest arriving 10 – 15 minutes before your class if it is your first time so our experienced instructors can help you get setup, and 5 minutes if you have taken a class before.04.SET-UP
The VersaClimber is custom designed to fit everybody and every body. Before each class our instructors will show you the proper way to climb on your machine.
New to the VersaClimber? This class is for you. Beta is a climbing term meaning information given while the climb is being executed. Our instructors take you through a slower paced yet challenging and fun class that features in-depth instruction and emphasizes proper technique and execution, all to the rhythm of music. This class is recommended for the first time climber to help acclimate you to the machine and workout. After this class, you will feel comfortable on the VersaClimber and motivated to come back for more!
This class is for those who feel comfortable on the VersaClimber. The Crux is a fun and exhilarating class focusing on the beat of music and features faster paced choreography incorporating a wide variety of moves. 30-minutes of total body strength and conditioning that will leave you feeling challenged, motivated, and victorious!
PRECISION CLIMB – HIIT
This class focuses on interval-based climbing. 30-minutes of muscle isolations and intervals that will help you increase your anaerobic threshold. Guaranteed to improve your cardiovascular capabilities increasing your fitness levels beyond your expectations.
