What did you do before District Climb?
I was a boxing instructor. Boxing pushed me out of my comfort zone. It made me realize I my love for feeling strong and shattering expectations.
What is your favorite thing about the VersaClimber?
I love how good the VersaClimber is for your entire body. There are so many workouts that are hard on your body, that cause heavy impact and stress. The VersaClimber has no impact on your joints which protects your body from injury.
What do you do when you’re not in the gym?
I bake. It truly is my other passion. I’ll find any occasion to bake cake pops!
What’s your go to health hack/fit tip?
My fit tip is that the best workout is the one you accomplish. Morning or night it doesn’t matter! Spend at least 20 min a day doing something active that you enjoy! Your body will thank you.
Why do you climb?
I climb because it makes me stronger. Physically and mentally. Working out is not just burning calories. You are getting stronger in all aspects of your life.
